With over 15 years of experience working inside India’s hospitality industry — not as a guest, but as someone who has spent years on the ground in business development and corporate accounts — I built The Hospitality Desk to share what I know in a way that’s actually useful for the people making corporate travel decisions every day.

I’ve spent my career working closely with corporate clients across India: helping travel desks shortlist the right properties, helping procurement teams evaluate and negotiate rates, and helping HR and admin heads build preferred hotel lists that hold up when a team member lands in an unfamiliar city late at night with an early morning meeting.

That experience doesn’t belong to any one hotel brand. This blog doesn’t either.

Who I am

I’m Naved Khan — a hospitality professional with 15+ years of experience across business development and corporate accounts in India’s hotel industry. I’ve worked with hotel brands and corporate clients spanning multiple cities and segments, from budget business hotels to upper-midscale properties.

This blog is an extension of that work — and a resource I wish had existed when I was starting out.
